Vaginal burning/itch

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I thought i had thrush which i have had in the past as i was really itchy and swollen and red vagina, to help i tried a home remedy of putting apple cider vinegar on with a cotton bud, the next day i have woken up and it looks like i have given myself a chemical burn, there are now creamish lumps surround my vagina hole and the itching has continued, please help me with that to do next?
