Vaginal burning

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I've had 2 UTI's in the past 2 months one was a week ago but i continue to have burning in my vagina and have been feeling dizzy and tired. I've read up and have seen the symptoms can be uti's, thrush, bacterial infection, or STD or STI I can't get to a doctor's until in a week and wondered if there's anything I can do in the mean time
