Vaginal Burning and Pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My friend has been consuming Norfloxacin 400 mg for five days, as recommended by her doctor. Her pain gets relieved after she eats Norfloxacin but whenever she goes for a walk or does some physical activity, the vaginal burning and pain returns and is instigated from somewhere at the end of her inner part of vagina. What can be the cause and what should she do now?
