  4. Vaginal boil. Or treatment for this!

I am type 1 diabetic and recently got a vaginal boil from shaving . I have had a terrible experience with boils before and had to the pus drained out thrice . I live in a residential campus college and going to the city to consult a doctor is a difficult job right now . Please suggest me so medicine or treatment for this
