Vaginal bleeding, vaginal discolor

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I've been experiencing pangs of pain in my genitals for a little while now, and I recently noticed blood after I went to the restroom. I took a closer look and my vaginal opening was discolored, slightly yellowish. Could this be an infected cut? Or is this a UTI?
