Vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 26 Years

There has been prolonged vaginal bleeding since 2 weeks. I have not had the menstruarion period as normal which i expected ro have this month. I am not sure what the reasons are. I am married and i am not pregnant. Please advice what thia could be or does it need immediate attention. Regards

Prolonged irregular bleeding that is unscheduled can be due to several reasons including infection, lesions on the cervix or vagina, hormonal imbalance, effects of external medication or hormones etc. You need to get examined by a gynaecologist to confirm the diagnosis and get correct treatment.
