Vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello Dr i got my 2nd last period on 1 April it was as regular period n then i got my last period on 6 May n it was only for one day n the next 2 days it was just spotting...n it finished. Now today on 16 May i got dark brown colour bleeding spots... M getting lil cramps in my stomach... Back ache.. N whole body is feeling tired... Is it possible that i m pregnant?? Or is it something else?? N if it is something else wht it is?? Plz reply.
