Vaginal bleeding during periods
Hello, First period after abortion through pills was normal came on 35th day Second period was different, very painful, started with fresh blood drops, bleeding between periods, pain in knees, elbows, pain like needle on upper back, pain around navel, period looked lighter but looked like instead of menstruation I was bleeding more, came on 34th day Due to navel pain I got my whole abdomen ultrasound done, it said pyogenic enteritis and my small intestine came inflammed. Can that be the reason of such painful periods? Today is the third period, came on 30th day, again fresh bleeding started usually my period would always start with brown discharge but second and this time it started with fresh blood dripping. No other symptoms yet. As the proper menstruation is not yet started. Why do I not feel normal ever since after my second period? Any good gynae?
