Vaginal bleeding an some tym discharge

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My wife can hav bleeding or periods ? After removal of uterus.. actually before some days she has heavy bleeding so meybe doctor remove her uterus or meybe cut her viens.. Actually she has pain in vagina.. and some tym water colour discharge and bleeding After that action can she hav bleeding or discharge???
