Vaginal bleeding after rough sex

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Really rough sex on Sunday night, vaginal bleeding and pain after. Only 2nd time ever having sex, not well-lubricated (anxious). Bleeding subsided a little, but a bowel movement brought it back. Vaginal and rectal soreness, but getting better. Is this serious?
