Vaginal bleding after 20 yr hysterectomy
Fee months ago she seen brownish discharge after 20 years of hysterectomy.
Visited gynecologist and usg came normal so she suggested for PT inr because of blood thinners and also that test was normal.
After few days it stopped.
Yesterday due to back pain neurologist suggested gabapentin +amitriptyline after MRI.
And today she experienced vaginal bleeding.
This week USG of abdomen pelvis, CE CT OF WHOLE ABDOMEN AND MRI LS SPINE DONE and all test are normal.
Cbc, kft, lft, vit d, b12 and tft all normal.
Case history - Angioplasty done in July 2022
-Esophagitis
-Dm2 and recent hba1c is 5.8
