  4. Vagina wet. Direct within 24 hours.

My child has a issue I found today morning from her vagina some kind of liquid discharge, I am worried that anything major not happened, she is only 4.5 years old. Now also I see little wet. May kindly advice upon this as I am at a place where I am unable to consult any doctor direct within 24 hours.
