Vagina s very red for my 11 month baby

Hi,my dd 11 month old,yesterday she was itchy at her genital when I looked at it closely inside its very red and when I cleaned it I saw lil spots of blood on the cotton.what could be the reason?she was at pain whenever I was touching it.i am really worried please need advice.she doesn't wear diaper much,so very lil possibility of a diaper rash.it is blood red on her internal genital part.

It's called vulvovaginitis,due to local inflammation. Maintain hygiene,change panties atleast thrice a day,apply surfaz-N cream twice a day for 5 days.
