Vagina Papilla
Today I met a general doctor because I do have clitoris sensations, tingling issues it's always in arousal state without any thought... Due to this, it also excite my bladder n then I feel to urinate I also have palm tingling Main thing is it only happens after clitoris sensations, tingling sensation ...due to this problem my feeling so stressed... Is it treatable? General doctor said with first look that I have papilla n you can consult gyno I don't have diabetes And thyroid problem...

You need proper examination and consultation with a Gynaecologist.  If it is such a big papilla that a General Doctor could see it easily, then you also would have seen it. It can't be diagnosed by sonography. So please consult a Gynaecologist in your area and proceed further with the treatment.
