Vagina is swelled up

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My vagina is swelled up and itchy, I haven’t had intercourse in last few days neither I am on my periods. In last few days I was traveling and when I returned I realised that something is not just right, infact it’s secreting something like a paste of talcum powder and also something like thin white skin. Kindly help me with the same. Thanks
