Vagina bleeding after sex !

I am currently 18 years old . I'm a girl . Well me and my boyfriend had sex multiple times before. But last night we did and when I went home my vagina was bleeding and to this point now , it still is and I have blood in my underwear . I feel a tightening in my abdomen. But I know I'm not on my period because it left 11 days ago . Ughhh I don't know what to do . Help !
