Vaccine and Pain killer Issue. Not work?

Good Afternoon Doctor , I am Ritanjali . I have taken Covid-19 (Covaxin) Vaccine on 29th June 2021. But I have eaten Painkiller 2 days before taking Vaccine . But after taking Vaccine I felt little pain , soreness in my arm and felt weak but didn't catch fever like it was told (told that after Vaccine you will catch fever) . So, my issue is that , will the Vaccine work as I have taken pain killer 2 days before ? How many days will the pain killer continue its effect? Will the Vaccine work or it will not work ? Please help me doctor . I am kinda scared and worried about it . Please help me and connect to me by solving my issue . I will be waiting for your response. Have a nice day ahead.
