I have done 2 CT scan in which the first which was done in sept showed 13mm in paratracheal  region and 10mm in AP window region and 2 cm in subcarnial region and CT of December  had shown  ""2.7×2.0 cm multiple enhanced mediastinal lymphadenopathy in pretracheal paratracheal prevascular precarnial and subcarnia region"" my ACE was 154.53 but  by the time it was somehow reduced Now I want to know whether I should get myself vaccinated or not?
