Vaccination swelling
My baby got immunized in last month 10 th (rota virus 1 St dose). On that day he got fever ,I gave paracetamol drops to him it was cured. Later I found swelling in his thigh , I used ice cubes to reduce the swelling but it was not cured till now , can u please tell me it is normal or any problem with that ,also tell me what to do to get rid of that
