Can I get vaccination record of my child who is 9 yrs old now, signed and stamped by a paediatrician in pune ? My childs vaccination record is the recorded in the typical baby book, where dates when vaccines given are hand written by the doctors ( different doctors due to change in residence).Now I want this as document in printed form with duly signed by paediatrician. This is required for admission in a foreign school.
