I want to ask for my mother. After first dose of covaxin vaccination she became Covid positive. She was asymptomatic.Now it's almost 25 days of her recovery ( more than 3 weeks) can she take her second dose whose last date is 7 June? And if a person missed second dose then can vaccination become inaffective??? Kindly suggest

Please dont get the vaccination until 90 days of recovery. The patient needs to recover and develop immunity.

According to recent guidelines you should wait for a minimum period of 90 days post recovery for 2nd dose
