Is TT Vaccine is mandatory during pregnancy, what is the ideal weeks to take this vaccine, what quantity of the TT & it's must take 2nd doases after 30 days or before/after.

First dose is Tetanus toxoid 0.5 cc intramuscular at 16 weeks Second dose in Tdap given at 32 weeks to prevent newborns tetanus and diphtheria

Hello there Nothing is mandatory dear! But it's always advisable! U need to take 2 doses of fluids INJ TT! MINIMUM 4 WEEKS APART. so u can take 1 dose in 2nd trimester and 2nd dose in 3rd trimester Tdap is always better choice single dose after 27 weeks.
