A child born to HBsAg positive mom should recieve immunoglobulin and vaccine at north-west your child got that and 4 dose vaccination schedule is advisable and you can choose either 0,1,2,6 month schedule that can be achieved by giving pentalent vaccine so number of injections are reduced.
Or
0,1,6,12 -in that case the number of shots go up .
Both schedules are equally effective.

Risk of transmission is drastically reduced by administering the immunoglobulin, which has been already administered to your baby.
Next step is to administer Hepatitis B vaccine.
Since 2 doses have been administered, 3rd dose needs to be given at 6 months of age. If u choose a 4th dose can be given after 1 yr of age
