Utrine fibroid compressing uterin cavity

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am 29 years old and married.i dont have any baby.i have a fibroid,of 7 cm in uterous,compressing uterine cavity.Beside this both my fallopian tubes are partially blocked.Dr.has been advising me for surgery.what should i do pls help me.can i ever be able to conceive after surgery ?if my uterous will be undamaged after surgery? I m scearing pls advise me some way.

Hello. Since fibroid is compressing cavity and also blocking tubes, it needs to be removed. Your uterus will have a scar but you will have 40-50% more chance of having a baby after surgery
