Uti or Kidney Infection
I have gone to the doctor two times this week and i’ve been told i have a uti. Last night i had a 101 fever, chills, and felt weak but my doctor said it was a uti and to take the antibiotics she prescribed. This morning i feel much better although i’m getting sharp pains on my lower back, could she mis have read my urine and is now a kidney infection?

Kindly do a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis to rule out stone disease as cause of your symptoms. Have you given a urine culture and sensitivity test before starting antibiotics. If not give one now
