UTI infection not cured Help please

Asked for Female, 46 Years

I'm suffering from uti infection from last 3 months.Pl suggest me proper medicines.In my vaginal swab report heavy growth of Escherichia coli detected. In past months I took Candid-V3 Tablet VT 3 tab(1per day) Candid-B Cream Gynoflor(Contents Lactobacillus acidophilus, estriol.). 7 tabs (1/day) Flucoric 150 MG Tablet 1 tab Feeling good after using this medicine but not totally recovered. After 13 days problem started again then dr gave me Candid-V 6 Tablet ER Problem solved for 15 days .After my vaginal swab report came positive with Escherichia coli dr gave me Cefim 200mg Tablet Feeling good for 12 days then again start same problem. Again I'm not feeling well after 15 days.what to do? medicines taken by me . Thanks in advance and looking for positive replies.

Take Tablet Ketoconazole 200 mg twice a day for 5 days

Next Steps

Take Tablet Norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 10 days Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice and buttermilk and curds
