My gyno suggest niftron 100 mg for uti infection I am taking yellow colour 100 mg capsules of niftron morning and night after food is this dosage correct and is this medicine safe for kidney i have no significant kidney disease I am overall ok plss answer I am in stress

For urine infection, u can take Nitrofurantoin.
It is safe for kidneys.
It is better to get urine routine examination and urine culture done to confirm the urinary tract infection.
