UTI infection
Facing UTI infection from past one year. I have consulted Gynec specialist 2-3 times. Also undergone urine culture testing and diagnosed with UTI (Few puss cells, E coli > 1 lac CFU) and recommended treatment with Amoxiciline, Nitrofurantoin antibiotics, citralla syrup. However, after complete course still no improvement. still i am facing burning sensation in whole vaginal area and early morning urination is very painful.

You need to do urine routine n culture again . N take medicines accordingly. N practice hygiene.
