  4. UTI in third trimester. Contradictory.

UTI in third trimester
I'm 35 weeks pregnant. This is the third time I am getting a UTI during pregnancy. My urine test showed the following results: Pus cells: 16-20 Bacteria: (++++) Mucus thread: Present On the same day I gave a sample for culture. But the urine culture result shows: No growth after 48 hours of incubation. Why are both these results contradictory.
