Urine test shows fungal infection. There are no bacteria.
It could be contamination from vaginal discharge.
You have no symptoms. You should not take any treatment at present. because you are only 10 weeks pregnant.
You should get treated for vaginal fungal infection.
Do u urine culture again after 2 months.
