UTI from 2 weeks

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Very bad and strong smell while peeing and. Inflammation of vagina.. please suggest some medicines. Suffering it badly since 2 weeks. Drinking. Plenty of fluids still it's not going

It may be urinary tract infection. Need to do proper investigations...do urine r/m,and USG..ABDO-PELVIS ..visit nearby pathology lab for investigations
