UTI and YEAST infection together

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been suffering from UTI and YEAST infection since past 4 days. Meds I'm taking are antibiotics (cefixime) and painkiller (ibuprofen). Should I consider different diagnosis for yeast infection.
