  4. Uterus sbapr. Infertility or conceiving?

Hi, Recently i had done HSG shot and shown that to my doctor. After seeing the reports, doctor told i need to do hysterescopy test. Where as radiologist told its fine. We cam have twins. I am confused. Is my uterus problem for infertility or conceiving ? Attached my reports.
