Uterus prolapse
I'm a mom of a 4 year old. I'm on the obese side -90 kg, 155 cm. Ever since I gave birth, my back has become weak and painful. I have a mild prolapse of uterus and experience cramps and back pain sometimes. I've had a history of early miscarriges and my previous pregnancy was complicated even before the prolapse. I was on heparin, borderline thyroid, several progesterone and humun immunoglobulin injections in my pregnancy.  With such a terrible history and now even a prolapse to make it worse, I'm even more scared to conceive. But I really want to have one more child. I cannot bear more miscarriages. Please suggest what needs to be done.
