Uterus mouth open in preg

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am 6 week pregnant and through ultrasound came to know that uterus mouth is still open and getting yellow discharge . Doctor has suggested me geston 100mg injection . Which is very painfull . Is there is any other way to cure this . Please help .
