Uterus lining thickness

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I recently got my ultrasound done and discovered my uterus lining is 2.7 mm. I read that it is considered dangerous and I am even diagnosed with PCOM. Wanted to know that how much ideal thickness should be? And how to improve the thickness? Medicine?
