Uterus fibroid during pregnancy
At 21st week pregnancy ultrasound shows intramural fibroid measuring 4×3.5×1.9cm in anterior fundal aspect and is retroplacental at left lateral margin of placenta? Can it cause any harm and how?

It is small and intramural fibroid usually causes first trimester abortion . Now baby is grown up so no risk of pregnancy but placenta can be attached with fibroid and at the time of delivery may be excessive bleeding.
