.I am 52 years old .Periods stopped 4 years back. Since 7 days very light bleeding once in a day before that white discharge appeared for 2 days.In my ultra sound scan report it is found that ..Bulky uterus with thickened endometrium (27mm) and few cystic spaces within.

You need an internal vaginal examination, looking for cervix, any ulcerations, vaginal infections, and papsmear examination. Bleeding after years of menopause should not be taken lightly. It may come out to be a simple infection, but you cant ignore other things....do get urself checked.
