Uterine tumors problem

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi am married (3 months before,jan 4-2018). I have irregular periods bacause of uterine tumors.. i went to doctor and she suggested ovral g for 3 months.. i have completed my second pack of pills.. the bleeding flow is low as compare to 1st cycle.. i have not yet planned for pregnancy.i have a doubt that may be pregnant..is there any possible to get pregnant while taking ovral g pills? How to identify that?
