Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had minute pcod diagnosed in feb month,gynec advised to take pco care tablet for 6 months but I tuk it till 2 months and stopped, I am having my periods regular from them should I be completed 6 months course ? consulting a gynecologist she told me its ok to have it for 2 months but i should take uterine toners,what are they,how long shud i take
