I have an intramural fibroid measuring 81*70mm and 'enlarged bilateral ovaries with increased stromal content,suggestive of polycystic changes' according to an Ultrasound report Kindly suggest a course of action. Many thanks.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. The treatment for it is surgical. Pcos will be treated by medicines.
