Please provide your Obstetric history and menstrual cycle pattern. You have a ovarian cyst, size about 20 ml, it needs evaluation by Ca 125 and ROMA assessment. After that you may need either ovary removal or total surgery. Please consult with me with the report of Ca 125 and ROMA.
