USG of gravid uterus

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My wife is 31 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. USG on gravid uterus is done on 19.8.17 . As per reports,fetal left kidneys shows prominent renal pelvis. AP dimensions of left pelvis is 6 mm. Is it matter of concern? Pl guide
