USG early pregnanacy
I have done my ultrasound yesterday, my findings are below. Uterus in anteverted measuring 7.4 cm in fundocervical length. Endometrical thickness measures 15mm homogeneous. Right ovary shows a 1.3x1.6x1.9, thick walled partially exophytic cystic lesion with internal echoes seen. The lesion shows significant peripheral vascularity. Left overy appears normal. No free fluid seen in POD. What does it mean?
