Use of Headphones For 9 Hours
I am enrolled with the job of transcription which requires use of headphones for 9 hours daily minimum and which cause me pain several times in ear canal and sometimes from ear to head and on non use of headphones for prolonged time I am not feeling any pain in a normal use of 1-2 hours.
So what am I supposed to do can you please suggest that prolonged use of headphones can cause trouble and can affect ears and brain in future ??
