Use of alshams eye drop

Hii Can we use alshams eye drops ? I have to use laptop for approx 8 9 hrs daily. And my glasses power keep on increasing. Now its -5.5. Plz suggest something.

I can't comment on it as it's an Ayurveda product. If you have to use mobile or laptop for a longer time then you are likely to develop cvs(computer vision syndrome) For prevention please follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. Keep the laptop atleast 20 inches from your eyes. Don't sit facing towards a/c or blower. Keep the eyes moist by washing frequently. Consume lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Can put some lubricant eye drops 3to 4times daily
