Use alum during pregnancy
I am pregnant of 5 weeks. I have a cavity in my teeth. Is it safe to use alum to brush my teeth during pregnancy ? Please reply

Alum won't solve your problem.  In pregnancy of your 2nd trimester you are absolutely safe to get restoration of your cavity.
Next Steps
Get a dentist see you  clinically and assess whether the cavity can be arrested with fillings only. If not he may advice you with RcT which is also safe during this period.
