Usage of Strong Antibiotics
My kid was prescribed Amoxicillin and Potassium Clavulanate Oral Suspension course twice in the past 3 months due to high fever, sore throat with tonsil swell and multiple follicles. Now, he's on Cefpodoxime Protexil & Potassium Clavulanate as he got cough, cold and running nose. I'm concerned as these are strong antibiotics and that he might develop resistance to it. Is it safe to use like this?
