Carmicide drops contains simethicone which is sometimes given for colic in infants
If your baby has colic you can try the following remedies before giving any medications
1. Proper burping after every feed
2. Giving your baby a warm bath
3. Rubbing your infant's tummy or placing your baby on the tummy for a back rub
