Dear doctor, I'm 28 yrs old. I had pre marital sex with multiple partners an year ago. For last one year I'm not comfortable with my health. I have left abdomen and pelvic pain. Burning sensation after urine after masturbation. I have taken many ictc tests for HIV and syphilis. All negative. Last month I have checked for hiv, hsv, and other tests all negative. But my crp value is 15.86 and amalyse value is 134. Today I got my urine culture and routine report that shows no growth and normal study. But still I have pricking pain in my penis and pelvic region. Also have left testicular pain. Please help me with proper treatment to get rid off. Thanks in advance.

Dont panic it could be UTI....some pus cells are there in ur urine so it may be an infection...
I will prescribe Ayurveda medicine because if there is some thing wrong bu it is in window stage so it will cover that also...so have these medicines...but if any other problem consult me...and it may be some psychological disturbance also that u have got this and that these symptoms get more elevated...so be relax and have these medicines...
